vuex 데이터들을 디버깅하는 용도로 vue-devtools 가 필요했는데 일렉트론에 보이지 않았다.
알고보니 실행할때마다 unable to install `vue-devtools`: error: exited with code 2 라는 에러 코드가 떠서 제대로 설치가 되지 않았던것..
코드를 보니 실행할때마다 vue-devtool을 다운받아 등록하는거 같은데 npm을 dev-depednecy로 등록하여 다운받은뒤 파일을 가져오는 형태로 수정하였다.
